A 6-week virtual small-group experience for women

You can be successful and still feel like you’re drowning.

We see it every week: leaders, clinicians, nonprofit workers, teachers, and other high-performing women who are excellent at what they do, and running on fumes.

You show up.
You deliver.
You hold it together for everyone else.

Somewhere along the way, “fine” became your default setting.

  • A nervous system that isn't easily
    triggered or running on fumes.
Tools to calm the anxiety spiral

  • Better rest, get back to a rhythm of restorative sleep.

  • Boundaries you can hold, without the guilt hangover that used to come with saying no.

  • Clarity on what you want, separate from what you've spent years performing for everyone else.

  • A room of women who understand and are experiencing much of the same things you are.

  • Permission to rest, without the belief that it must be earned.

  • Creative tools for self-discovery, using simple creative practices to get out of your head, see things from a new perspective, and reconnect with yourself and what matters most.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

Our workshops prioritize comfort, safety, and respect so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

❋ A Supportive Space

Walk away with simple tools to manage stress, protect your energy, and create healthier patterns.

❋ Learn New Skills

❋ Creativity as a Language

You’ll use creativity as another way to think, explore, express, and connect, not to create “good art,” but to access ideas, emotions, and perspectives that words alone don’t always reach. No artistic experience or skill is needed.

Hi, I’m Elsa! I’m an Executive Leadership + Burnout Prevention Coach, former corporate executive, wife to Tait and mom to Alexa (15) & Tait (12).

A few things you should know about me: I adore my 8-lb Maltese, Archie (the ultimate cuddle buddy), I’m completely obsessed with BTS, yes, the K-pop boy band, (they are for moms too), and being outside is one of my favorite ways to recharge.

I also gave up coffee for SIX years because of insomnia and a hyper-sensitive nervous system. I can finally drink this precious liquid along with all forms of caffeine again. I am grateful!

I love meaningful conversations, a good laugh, and helping people create lives that feel as good as they look.

‍ ‍Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m an Art Therapist, Educator, and Creativity Advocate. (Art therapists are trained clinical therapists who use creativity and the arts as another way to support reflection, expression, and well-being.) I’m also a widowed single mom to Hanna (26) and Daisy (11). We’re an all-girl family, so I’ve learned a thing or two about strength, resilience, and keeping life interesting. ❤️

A few things you should know about me: I love being outside too! Camping, hiking, and being on the water are some of my favorite ways to reset and reconnect with nature. I love singing in the car and taking dance lessons, which help me get out of my head and into my body. I’m also hoping to adopt a Cavalier/Bernese Mountain Dog mix who will become a therapy dog and, most importantly, a beloved member of our family.

I love creating space for what matters most. It’s part of how I continue to help people design a life they love living in every season.

“Working with Elsa helped me move from burnout and self-doubt to clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. Her coaching challenged my thinking, supported my growth as a leader, and yielded results I didn't think were possible. We exceeded my expectations in every single category."

~ Katilin Smith, Healthcare Sr. Leader

“Jessica is truly gifted in creative arts therapy and helping teams build community and connection. We had her recently conduct a session for our entire team (20+ professionals), and the session was very inclusive of people who both loved creativity and those who didn't think they were creative. Jessica brings a calming presence and compassionate approach in her practice and presentation, and I would highly recommend her for other groups who are looking for a positive and powerful "pause.”
